My next go about printing in this hidden fedex office location behind a Habit burger franchise just off vineyard freewaycumnails(busy thruway)…I was so happy when I finally found it today by sheer chance. The staff was attentive. Enough parking space around today.

At 6:03pm I was in to purchase paper. As I entered the store, the girl working walked passed me, never making eye contact, and huffed as she stated “we’re closed”. The store was full of customers. When I started to ask if I could buy a quick ream of paper, she said “sorry, we’re closed” and walked away again. All of the customers looked surprised at her behavior. While I understand they closed 3 minutes earlier, I was also disappointed to see that a local business does not need the money enough to make a quick sale. Most of all, it’s disheartening to see such poor communication and customer service. Sadly, this is not the 1st bad experience at this store. Needless to say, I would not recommend this store due to the aggravation.
