I recently worked with the Salinas store on a large order – flooring, trim, specialty pieces. The materials are first rate – a Bellawood engineered floor. I have been installing Bellawood flooring for fifteen years, all of it bought from LL outlets in the Bay Area, and can vouch for the quality of the stock and the durability of the finish.When some bundles arrived with damage the store manager was quick to address my issue. She made it right, and happily. It’s a pleasure doing business with folks who care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend the Salinas store.
