Lazy Management. Here’s a pic of a $6.60 drink, the 32oz Vietnamese Iced Cold Brew, when I was finished. It’s my favorite currently. But, look at how much ice they put. When I just picked it up, it was at least 2/3rds full of ice. Hard to tell when everything is mixed, and looks roughly homogeneous. Maybe they filled the whole 32oz with ice, then poured the coffee in. IDK. But, it felt like I finished it in less than 10 sips. Maybe I got 12oz solid ounces of actual beverage. If you’re reading this, ask them to watch the ice.

Sometimes the customer service can be spotty here, not that they’re rude just super focused on their work. Always get my drinks made right even if it’s a special order and the place is always clean.
