We have a C-Max and FusionPlug in, Fusion 5Yr, C-Max 3YrAt home charging system is220 volts. Both charging cables are interchangeable. The C-MaxCable charge. I’ve been using the Fusion cable at home too charge both Vehicles. Brought that charging cable to Wondries and also had the C-Max oil changed. On top of the invoice was written, cable works fine it MUST be a fault at the customer’s install, I brought the Faulty cable too work too try and at home tried, still dosen’t charge the Vehicle.The Matinence associates at the scheduling desk are AWESOME, their persona is AWESOME.

First and foremost, this review is only for the service department. My salesperson, Stephanie Rangel, was awesome.I purchased my 2014 Chevy Volt with a broken driver side mirror on 08/25/2020. The Service Department stated it’s a special order part and they would call me to schedule a time to fix it. I opened a due bill at the time of purchase for the mirror but I did not receive a single follow up call and it is now 11/01/2020. I ended up replacing the mirror myself today for a used one I found on eBay for $200.My advice: Don’t drive off the lot until the car is fixed and to your liking. They won’t follow up on Due Bills.

Came in for some recall work and got an oil change. Service was awesome. Very fast and very thorough. Nelson was very professional and friendly. He gave me a good run down of my car’s inspection. My girlfriend asked him about his sleeve tattoos and he told use a little story about each one. Very cool guy. Other staff that received us and got us checked out was equally nice. Will definitely come back for service.
