We needed to find a filter for our pet water fountain. We went to Pet Food Express but they did not have it. Luckily, we saw an ad for the fountain on the Petco website. We drove to Alameda and were not able to locate it. Your store has clerks that asked us if we needed help. Although he seemed young, he worked out where the filters were displayed. It was really great to have help, which seems to be rare these days. We liked that the store employed young people who can get experience with customers. Really refreshing and we will definitely patronize this pet store since we have three cats.

I went to Petco to purchase medium size Nylabone natural Nutri Dent dental chew treats. I have purchased them before for $19.99 at other pet stores. The price on the shelf said $22.99 which I was willing to pay but when I got to the register I was told they were $32.99. I explained the price on the shelf was $22.99. The cashier had someone check the price for me and was again told the price is $32.99. This person checked Petco online and the price is $19.99. She sold them to me for $19.99. Outrageous! I will not be returning.
