Probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I inquired about a used vehicle through their website and was contacted immediately. I live in Oregon so the whole transaction was done over the phone. Every single person I talked to was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I recently had to drop off my Audi for a climate control issue and while I was there, Frank Santos the service manager was able to help answer and meet my issues. I have enjoyed this dealership’s quality of service esp. their service department over the past few years and this time was no different. They provided a loaner (cozy A4) and were highly communicative of what they were doing to my car. I was unable to come in on the day of pick-up (Saturday) due to a busy weekend and Frank told me it’s fine to come in on Monday. I have enjoyed also the wonderful assistance of the Lady working at the payment / cashiers desk and this place always makes me fee like an appreciated customer. Highly recommend!!
