UPDATE: Today 8/12- a week later they delivered my things an hour later than the delivery time frame and my dresser was also broken. During this fiasco I was told by their customer service team I’d be reimbursed for my broken items and things I needed to purchase while my items were missing ( basic toiletries , etc). I receive an email this evening saying they will give me $60!! My mirror was $400, my dresser around the same and I had to spends hundreds while my stuff was missing. WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT USE THEM.Guys, the bad reviews are true. DO NOT use this service.They were an hour late for initial pickup which was annoying but fine as these things happen. Today, they were supposed to deliver most of my boxes. I made it clear to customer service a month ago in email and on the phone that I had to be able to be certain I’d receive them today within the time frame. I made it a point to tell them how strict my building was about dates and time frames, and also about the bad reviews and my hesitation. They assured me my things would be delivered today within the timeframe.I got text at 8 AM that they were headed out for the day. Great right? Then about an hour later I receive a text saying that 19 out of my 20 boxes will not be delivered, so basically one box being delivered. This is a few short hours before I am moving in- and have scheduled multiple other services around this delivery. Ex: they have my TV, Verizon is supposed to set up my call,etc)So after I receive this text, I call and email their customer service and they give me a generic answer saying they will look into it and someone will call me back within an hour. Three hours later no call back.The delivery man then arrives with my mirror. On his clutter/work phone it says my packages are missing! He has no answers either. I call again to follow up and they tell me they are investigating and will get back to me. I unwrap my mirror to see that it is BROKEN/CRACKED.It is almost 4 PM and I still have not heard back about where the rest of my missing boxes are.Save yourself the stress and hire a trustworthy company that cares!
