Went in to upgrade 2 devices and got the run around on transferring data to new devices. Their “solution” was to go do it ourselves and take the phones to any other store since we were trading them in. It’s kind of like they didn’t even want us to go back to them.Went to another store were we got way better service.

I love coming here? Everyone is so welcoming! The manager is amazing always willing to help. They validate parking here so no need to pay $30, when ever I need to charge my phone they always help me and answer any concerns I have about my bill and account . Thank you guys this is what customer service is allAbout . Not to mention there’s many places around to hang out and have coffee while you wait for your phone needs.
