USA Carpet and Tile in Victorville, CA did a very professional job of installing new carpet throughout my home. I was initially impressed with their prompt response to my request for an estimate. Jacob is highly knowledgeable and is able to offer excellent suggestions for material and color selection. The installers were very skilled, efficient, and cooperative. They cleaned up nicely and rightfully took pride in their work. The price was right, and I couldn’t be happier.

I previously went to another flooring company and had just my bedroom done. It was very expensive. I still needed the rest of my house done and at that company’s rate it was going to take a long time to be able to pay for it. I came across USA Carpet and Tile and from the first phone call with the owner Jacob, to meeting in the showroom, it was a great experience! Jacob and his team are really genuine and nice people to deal with. I got very positive vibes and my intuition told me to give them a try. I am so glad I did! Jacob assured me his installers are perfectionist and they sure are!!! They arrived promptly at 8am on a Saturday and worked diligently until the job was finished! I was shocked they were able to cover so many rooms in a day’s work! (The other guys took half the day for one room and charged a lot more!) I am so happy with my beautiful floors and grateful to have come across such nice people to do business with! I truly believe Jacob likes to make his customers happy and he is very nice to deal with. So, if you are reading my review, trust me when I say you can stop looking elsewhere and give USA Carpet and Tile a try because in the end you will be very satisfied! 🙂

After 20 years of waiting to get our bedroom carpets replaced, I’m glad that we made the right choice to go with USA Carpet and Tile! I actually found them on the Letgo app. I messaged them and Alexa (super sweet!), the owner Jacob’s daughter, messaged me back right away. Not too long after I received a call from Jacob. He was extremely nice, polite and genuine! We set up the appointment, and Mano, one of his representatives, came out and brought quite the selection of nice colored quality carpet samples. He even wore his mask , and had no problems answering all of our questions. After giving us an AMAZINGLY good price, we made the decision to go with them. I would recommend anyone who is looking to have their carpets replaced, to go with USA Carpet and Tile! Let me also give mad props to Jorge, the carpet installer. He was professional, courteous, and made sure that we were satisfied with the job before he left!
