I bought a newly refurbished pillowtop bed from them, but found it didn’t work for my body type. So we returned it 3 days later.Sunshine, the staff person on duty and another gentleman went out their way to help me find not only the right bed, but also were so patient with me when I changed my mind from wanting one mattress over another when it was already loaded on the truck.I got a wonderful service and appreciate them for exchanging the first mattress set with no hassles. Then allowing for my mind change again on the second set.I got the new set home and immediately knew it was the one for me. I layed down on it and almost fell asleep immediately.I look forward to many a good night sleep in my future.The mattress set for cal. King standard smooth top was only $225 plus $33 for recycle charge fee and less than $20 tax. For under $300 I got a great bed.I recommend for someone with little cash, but needling a bed this would be a place to check before spending big dollars elsewhere.All mattresses are made with new materials and innersprings are sterilized as required by law when they rebuild them.
