I’ve been shopping here since I was a child. It used to be a great one stop shop where they called their customers by name.Today I stopped in to buy worms to take my grandson fishing.Lights were on but the door was locked. I tapped on the door & someone answered saying they were closed because the cash register was not working.I said I only need worms , would pay cash & round up the difference (no change needed). They said NO! go to Berkeley (15 minutes in the opposite direction of our travels).Lame customer service!
