If I could give zero stars I would. I order a drink, a mango dragonfruit lemonade. Wait 20 minutes and watch 6 people after me get drinks and walk out. Finally ask for my order again and get questioned repeatedly on whether I paid for it or not. Had to tell them multiple times I didn’t get a receipt and prove they forgot my items by showing my fiancé’s cup clearly stating we are missing items. So finally they go to make “my drink” and hand it to me with nothing but lemonade because they are out of the ingredients for the drink/ Never mentioned this prior- when I was paying or after asking for it again after waiting. When you order a drink wanting fruit in it and get NOTHING but lemonade after being skipped over and questioned after already waiting for something you paid for. Beyond Disappointed and DEFINITELY will not return or order again.

Conveniently off the 210 freeway at the Baseline exit. If you’re going east or west, there is easy ingress and egress. Use your mobile app to order and use the drive-thru pickup feature. I’ve always been greeted at the window with my order ready. This is especially useful during peak times when the line can seem to be long, but in my experience, the line moves along steadily enough. The staff has always been polite and cheerful, never any issues. 🙂

Hands-down the friendliest Starbucks in Southern California. Be prepared for long drive-thru lines, but it’s worth it (and you can get work done in the car while you wait ).
