I hardly write reviews for places I have been, but my experience at this specific location drove me to write this today. I called 3 other UPS locations to try and get my fingerprints done, and each one told me that their technician was out or their machine was down. I decided to try my luck here since I had little to no options; and boy was I surprised at the amount of professionalism, courteousness, and all around care of all the employees who work here! When doing my prints, the machine was giving me a difficult time and the whole transaction took over 45 min to get done. But in this time, they made sure to go above and beyond to get this done. One employee, who I unfortunately didn’t get his name, brought me a chair to sit when he noticed how long it was taking. Another even went as fat as contacting the maker of the machine to see if we could solve this issue. I even offered to give the employees an incentive of Starbucks for their time and help yet they turned it down. I am very very much happy with this experience and am going to be recommending anyone and everyone who needs any kind of postal need to this specific location! I can not reiterate how surprised I was at the fact they every single person in this location went above and beyond to make sure I was helped even if I made a mess and took up a large part of their day! I drove an extra 30 min to reach this location and I do not mind doing it again if I need too. Once again thank you to every single person who works here!

This is one of the best UPS Store locations I’ve visited. The staff are always friendly and genuinely seem like they want to help you with whatever brings you in. Shout out to Abdi in particular for going above and beyond to help me out during my last visit!

I like coming here. The staff is friendly and professional. No one talks as if they’re yelling at you like the postal annex down the street. I give it a 4 star because the store does need some improvement. Seem rather dull.
