I will not be returning to sell my items. They pay a small portion for good items and turn around and mark them up. You are better off donating items to a shelter for children who need the items instead of getting a few dollars after waiting hours for a price, which they won’t tell you over the phone. Apart from the selling aspect, the store is clean and organized.

WORST experience because of the lacking customer service. The atmosphere is ruined by the attitude of the staff. Folding clothes shouldn’t be stressful so why is the staff so quick to snap at shoppers. If I hadn’t spent so much of my time already (100.00 worth of stuff) shopping. I would have walked out simply because of the attitude these old ladies have. To top it off, found an outfit with a tag priced above it’s original tag! And I asked if tag was a mix up & she said no, they rate based off a 1-4 star system and that somehow justified them inflating the price on a cheaper tag still on it & would not honor lesser original price. Owner’s responses on here to poor reviews are sorry as heck. Nothing has improved clearly by the reviews. Is this how you want to be represented in the community, is a poor low standard ? Horrible place to spend your precious money and time. Ive shopped Ross and DDs for better price value, service & with the option for your CASH back , not a store credit void after 7 days .
