The employees are helpful and friendly. This review is about charges. On 2/24/21, I needed to ship a medium size box but was charged for a small size box. I noticed the error on my receipt and the employee refunded $12.65 and charged me for the correct amount.On 3/11/21, I noticed a charge of $12.65 in my bank account. I didn’t keep the receipts (shipment already arrived to its destination) but luckily the tracking numbers showed up on the bank transaction. It was easy to speak to a FedEx representative to get it refunded but I shouldn’t have had to do it in the first place.If you get a refund on a charge, please keep your receipt and check your bank account to confirm FedEx doesn’t charge you weeks later.

Don’t want things disappearing from my house while I’m at work so I have it shipped here. Employees are friendly and I’ve had no problems there. Getting in and out is kind of difficult as it’s a one way street due to the center divider but there are places to do a u-turn not far.
