Both times I’ve visited this pharmacy have been just awful. The staff either doesn’t know what they’re talking about, or don’t know what the pharmacy’s processes are. I’d scheduled a flu shot appointment several days ahead of time, and when I went to check in the morning of, they told me I didn’t have an appointment. They just shook it off and when I insisted that I had an appointment, they went ahead and gave me the shot. The most offensive situation I’ve ever had with CVS Pharmacy at Target occurred today when I had a prescription filled there. As I was ready to swipe my card to pay for medication, the woman stopped me and said, Did you know it was going to be this expensive? I couldn’t believe she said that. I always appreciate being able to save money, sure, but to insinuate that I couldn’t afford it was appalling. This staff needs additional training, especially with information changing on a daily basis…there is little room for error these days and better customer service, even if they don’t have all the answers, would go a long way. This pharmacy does not know customer service and seem to prefer to push people away instead.

This is my third time going for the same medication and they say one of them is ready and another one will be ready tomorrow and the third is over the counter. They are very good to vast people’s time. I am going to change my pharmacy right now.

All the stuff with pharmicy’s of pharmacy at 1919 fulton Ave are very rude. A few times was pick it the prescription I sow them they are very rude. I never want to go there more, and all so i’m not recommending to other people to go there.
