The place is as great and reliable as ever. Phil was the mechanic who worked on my bike. I’m glad he’s still around. I hadn’t been there in over 3 years but he still remembered me, as did one of the other mechanics. If you’re going to spend money on bike repairs, do yourself a favor, just go to Missing Link in Berkeley. Okay?

Love this place. I like to do most maintenance myself, and Missing Link has the most helpful mechanics. I’ve gotten great help with small things even when my bike didn’t need a full repair. I know where I’ll take it when it does!
