Miserable experience. $20 flat, closes at 10:30pm despite advertising 11pm.Vendor asked for my phone number for the receipt, said it was a necessary part of the process because he can’t give me a physical receipt. Then proceeded to give me a physical receipt anyway, clearly having gotten my number for who-knows-what. Is the business he works for selling my number now? I mean yeah probably.DO NOT PARK HERE if you don’t want to be lied to, to your face.

This review has nothing to do with the loews hotel.Our last day here attempting to leave the parking garage our ticket wouldn’t read, appeared to have been the last ticket in the dispenser when i parked the night before so it was faded. I pushed the help button after 6 attempts and cars lining up behind me.This is when it went south:The man who responded verbally to my help request was a jerk. Extreme DOUCHEBAG. That is all.
