Well…… it was no different than any other visit to any Lowe’s really……. I always appreciate how orderly everything is and relatively well labeled. But today was interesting because I was dealing with lumber and in particular lumber that was quite a bit large and heavy. Now you would think that if several employees are walking by you, seemingly without much to do…. whether they themselves could offer to help me or if they could get somebody to help me…… not one person helped or offered assist. Now, normally as a big person if I’m dealing with a few 2x4s not only do I not need the help but I don’t expect anybody to ask…….but when dealing with 2x8x16s, as in 16 feet long, call me old school but I kind of expected somebody to offer to help or find someone who could. Today Lowe’s felt short in that regard. I’ll still go there but I’ll probably make sure to bring somebody with me.

Lowe’s has come along way to complete with HD. Prices are very fair. But they definitely need more tellers to check out. No one is helping check out. No live tellers anywhere. Not in garden or customer service. Only 2 machines in self checkout so there is a 15 min wait just to pay.

James, Garden Department Manager is really kind and very helpful whenever I inquire about a houseplant I’m hunting for!Sal Abundis, who I have always and continue to absolutely count on, has Always been an excellent, professional, above and beyond helpful manager is a One of A Kind exceptional customer service oriented employee!I know this store like the back of my own hand as I was an employee there in the past. It’s really great when I see the friendly, familiar faces of the employees who I used to call my coworkers and still call friends!
