For a place called The UPS Store, the clerk was completely unable and unwilling to assist in redirecting a UPS shipment that was deemed undeliverable on the receiving end. Very rude and dismissive. Told me that I could come back in a couple of hours when the manager came in.

I had a qr code to print a free label. Qr code was not accepted and I was asked to pay to print my label. Went to the UPS store on Piedmont Ave and was in out without a hitch. So I would reccomend going to that ups store rather than this one if you are in the area.
