I am a security guard ,worked one day at this place covering another guards shift from 11 to 7 our job is to protect and secure the premises standing at the front entrance no movement for eight hours upon breaks and lunch I felt very embarrassed and humiliated when the store manager Matt ask me to empty my pockets before I left for break and was told that it was store policy that all employees must be searched before leaving at any time.I am 53 years old I’ve been working in the United States all my life and I have never encountered this kind of behavior in any work place we are a private company not employed through urban outfitters if they don’t trust any guards why hire them .
