I was at another store in the Santa Monica Mall. I have been curious about these bikes and looked through the windows. There was no line so I went to the door and the biggest smile ever said can I show you the new bike? I went in, she asked a few questions, put m on the bike – WOW!!! Loved it. Omega was her name, fun, smart, knowledgeable, no push to sell or buy, just let me mull over the process by showing me a lot of the plus’s about the Peloton. I opted to try a live class….again WOW!!. She sent me the quote for all we discussed. Today, being the following day purchased the bike and other items. OMEGA it was a pleasure!! Thank you for your time.Mark
