I purchased all my gear for a hike to the top of Mt Kilimanjaro at this Gap Factory store. I am NOT an outdoorsy person at all, so needed a ton of help getting gear for the hike. The staff here are great in that they are very knowledgeable and helpful, but there is a bit of a wait for available staff, since they do take their time with helping customers.
