Love shopping here for bits and pieces for my house. Got a great rice cooker a year ago that has become my favorite kitchen appliance. A treasure chest of tools and electrical items that have been put to good use as well. It’s fun to stop in every once and a while and see what Ithica reuse has in store. Friendly staff and reasonable pricing. Especially now with their super re-user extra discount.

They have a little bit of everything- I have bought a backpack, records, flower pots and drinking glasses. Everything is extremely well priced and the staff has always been very nice and chatty. Such a fun place to roam around.

Bitter, rude, and unpleasant staff. I took donations to the Triphammer location and brought donations to the front of the store instead of the correct location in the back. The front desk staff person called a manager on me who then responded in a manner as if I had committed a crime or something. The manager said what I did was not appropriate and the like. I took my donations around to the correct location in the back. Staff shouldn’t be so unpleasant and over the top. I would’ve appreciated a reaction which matched the circumstances. I will not be going back.
