I got a ring resized at Lu’Ro. The staff was communicative, helpful, and easy to work with. They made suggestions, but were not pushy at all (unlike many other jewelers I have spoken with at other shops). The resizing only took two days. Definitely recommend checking them out for your jewelry needs!

I came in to get my ears pierced and I’m so glad to have found this store. This is the one stop shop for all your needs: jewelry, watches, engravings, cleanings, appraisals, etc! Not only do they have a great in store selection, but the owners will work with you to customize your own pieces! The owners, Jose and Diego, are there every day and offer outstanding customer service. As a returning customer, I can’t say enough good things about the service and selection of Lu’Ro Jewelers.

Excellent customer service. I went in a few months ago for a watch battery. Diego was extremely helpful and quick. Came back in for a chain repair and this time Jose helped me. He repaired the chain as I waited. Other jewelers estimated a week for what took Jose 10 minutes.
