My wife bought a ear rings and necklaces from the Ontario Mills Mall and wanted to return or exchange at the Inland Center Mall in San Bernardino, and when we went to the cashier (his name is jerome, he said he is a manager), the guy said we can’t return or exchange any of them because their policy but the receipt says we can within 30 days… and he gave us a super rude customer service because I was kinda upset because he’s not explaining anything, just showing us their written return policy at the counter only and telling us to leave otherwise he’ll call security.I then called to other stores and they said that we can return or exchange if we have a receipt, I then called ICM back and spoke with other manager (her name is Cindy), and she said now I can return or exchange only necklaces but not the ear rings and told us that they’re very sorry about his (Jerome) behaviors and asked to come to return and exchange. So, please be careful with Jerome !!
