The Gateway plaza offers amazing service ! I had a poor experience at another location in town and was contacted by Tim the territory manager to resolve my issue . Tim went above and beyond .He was kind and understanding , even went as far as to contact the store in advance to make sure the return was handled seamlessly. Mimi was super friendly and knowledgeable, she communicated w/ John regarding my return . -She was professional and allowed the experience to go smoothly! Thank you T-Mobile for making me feel valued as a customer!

My family and I were originally with Sprint. We came in on Sunday March 28 to set up a new plan and get upgrades. There was confusion due to our Sprint plan and the person helping us told us that she was gonna call us back on Monday with a solution. It’s been a few days later and still no update.edit: They took care of the numerous issues we had with five of our lines and they were great at finding us the best deals possible. Lito, Erik, and Eric T. took great care of us and provided great service.
