Pathetic service. It just keeps getting worse.In particular service in pharmacy has been pretty bad recently. Keep having problems with my prescriptions. I get notifications saying the medication is ready for pick up when it’s not. They keep getting the number of refills wrong. They contradict my own doctor. I will just have to find another service. Problem solved.

My husband and I had appointments for our 2nd Covid vaccine at this pharmacy. We drove an hour to get here (we made the appointment 3 weeks prior when they were hard to come by closer to our home). We received the confirmation texts from CVS leading up to our appointments as well as the text allowing us to check in upon arrival. When we walked up to the check-in desk, an employee told us all appointments for the day were cancelled because the woman who was supposed to administer the vaccine called off. When I asked why no one called or texted, he said “We would have to call 200 people.” So call 200 people!Completely unacceptable and an inadequate explanation.
