Also, Stevie at the front desk was as nice as can be and you could tell she really wanted to help!Service to this degree is rare. Vicker’s is unwilling to work with customers with questions about their vehicles. Would strongly recommend against using this shop.I needed a part replaced that I had gotten at a shop in Southern California that was still under warrantee. I had lots of questions about pricing and the part itself because I was unable to take it to a shop in the area that used the same insurance program. They were clearly very bothered by my questions about pricing, bothered when I asked the secretaries to check with their mechanics, bothered when I was confused by their pricing structure. They did give me a refund for my diagnostic (which I didn’t even ask for, but did sincerely appreciate) and then said they would not take me as a customer again. I was very polite and calm, I’ve worked a lot in customer service, I simply don’t know a lot about cars and wanted to make sure things were in order. A surreal experience.
