Terrible customer service. I was thinking about getting a few things framed so I signed up online for a coupon. I wasn’t sure why they asked for my phone number but low and behold a couple hours later they called and left a voicemail saying they wanted to speak about the project. It was very off-putting, intrusive, and pushy. They called again the next day and I answered and tried to tell the man on the phone how I felt from the customer’s point of view. Not once did he apologize or validate how I felt. The opposite in fact. He was very defensive and was arguing with me. I couldn’t believe the conversation. I thought businesses pay for customer feedback like mine. I tried to be very nice about it as I have worked in customer service for over 10 years. He said he called because of Covid, so they could speak about the project and make appointments. Just fyi, if the customer wants to talk about a project they will call! You should never call the customer. It comes across desperate and pushy. It goes without saying that we won’t be getting our artwork framed here.
