There are so many great fragrances! I just wish they wouldn’t rotate them so quickly. Plus I wish that they wouldn’t retire fragrances completely. I’m sure they still have the formula, so why can’t they make some when requested? I love the Butterfly Flower sent and would be so grateful if I could get more, but it’s retired.

The women that worked between the 3pm, 340 pm hour were not pleasant. When I got to the the she ran down covid rules as though I had a bad understanding. While waiting to checkout the ladies were chattering with other customer about the plug in. As my husband was trying to pay the vibe was not good. I did not feel welcomed at all. I will not shop at that Bath and Body again. No customer service ethnicity!
