My infiniti G37 has a water pump problem and needed a replacement. They promised to get it down in 2 days, but ended up finishing it in 6 days. The worst part is that they didn’t bleed the coolant system!! It leads to the system in short of more than 1L coolant. When I was test-driving the vehicle, the engine got overheated again!!!! I might have blown up my engine head gasket due to their unprofessional repair. Horrible experience.

With the construction in place, I ran over a nail. The light came on, stating my tire was low. I pulled over to look for the closet place I could get my tire repaired. Had no idea we had this honest, friendly and professional auto shop service within our very own neighborhood. They took care of my vehicle and made me feel like I was priority.While I waited, I was able to utilize their WiFi and was able to attend a zoom meeting. Customer service was phenomenal. I was in and out without 20 minutes.I will keep them in mind for any of my car repairs/maintenance from this day forward.

Thank you Rhett!!! Emergency repair done!My old van runs well but was having a problem with the battery cable connector. It would loosen while I was driving making the battery disconnect and the car quit. Not good 🙁 Now it works great! No more worrying.
