It was pretty much what you’d expect from a Levi’s Outlet store. But I will say that the pricing did NOT seem to be reduced all that much (if at all) compared to retail. The music was a bit too loud. (& no, I’m not THAT old…yet ) My son & I had to keep talking into each other’s ear just to be heard. But the store was really clean, well merched & the employees were friendly & helpful.

This store in particular makes it very hard for you to make an exchange. I went to exchange jeans I purchased 4 days prior, and the associate claimed that I couldn’t exchange since the tags were removed and it is their “store policy”. No where on the receipt does it say the tags must be on, only that you need the receipt or proof of purchase. They then claimed I couldn’t exchanged them because I washed them. You don’t wash Levi’s, but she insisted I had washed them. Just a warning to anyone looking to buy their merchandise. Would recommend the company put a clause on their receipt saying this “store policy”.
