This is very belated but I just wanted to give a shout out to the awesome staff at this location. I locked myself out of my car at 5am on thanksgiving day (no keys, no phone, no wallet) and it was dark and I was pretty scared. Peet’s wasn’t open yet but a staff member allowed me in, let me borrow their personal phone, offered me something to drink, and made sure I was safe and locksmith was on the way before I left. I feel like people aren’t so kind to strangers anymore, at least not like this, and I can’t say how much I appreciated their help. Thank you Peet’s staff, you really saved me!

I was there for Large mocha ice blended add 2 shot.The lady worked on my coffee over 15 minutes.Came to confirm my order 2 times. I can’t believe. Totally waste my time. Unprofessional at all even no sorry from her. The manager should check her ready to work or not.
