I love the prices and food quality at Ralphs stores

In my experience when the employees are happy the experience is top shelf.

I really love shopping here, prices are great and they’re always fully stocked with vegan products. The only issue I have is when checking out, the cashiers (mainly the older ones) are always arguing and fighting with each other. I go here about twice a week but it gets really uncomfortable when employees are yelling and fighting.

I’m really sad. I’ve called this store home for two years after finally being able to afford to buy a home and create a since of community. Today we arrived tk find that they had installed locking shopping cart wheels on the carts which makes me, someone who used to be unhoused, very uncomfortable. After 2-3 visits a week to this store to buy items necessary for my limited diet that are not available elsewhere, I think I’ve made my last trip. Sad that something so petty could be put into place to alienate people in your own community. Shameful.
