Hi my names, Yesenia. I just transferred to cvs in north texas st in fairfield, ca. Today i had an issue with my prescription. First: they did not have it ready when i got there for pick up. I had called 1 and 2 days to verify so i wouldnt have to wait. Keep in mind my med is a pain medication for my fracture vertebrae. Second: once i received my medication after a 2 hour wait, i decided to COUNT and make sure i had all 42 that was prescribed. They were off by 2 and i even recoreded for PROOF. They refused to accept the fact they couldn’t count properly. I even told this person i had a video to proof her error. And even then she still insisted that the count was correct and that they are never wrong for reason being they count twice. I then recoreded the rest of my prescriptions from that same day. I recoreded for all 3 that i had unopened. 1 out of those three are off by 1!For future reference i recommend you to count your prescriptions there in person or in your car and record.P.s i reported straight to cvs corp.

This pharmacy is horrible. You have to wait on hold for at least 30 minutes and they are so sarcastic and rude. Time to find some place else where they treat you better.
