My car had a lot of damage from an accident(not my fault). AAA sent me here, as it is a 5 star or highly rated business for them. After I picked up my car(Dec), I noticed it made a lot of “clunking” noise. I was unable to take it back due to Covid but did call and took it back in Jan. Ozzie handled my case and had it looked at it, drove it, and they told me they heard nothing . I said ok, thinking maybe I’m crazy. I put the car in storage and removed it from storage in late April. What do I hear? The “clunking” noise. I took my car to a mechanic and as soon as he took a drive with me, he heard the noise. Identified it and to be sure, put it up on the lift to be certain. I guess everything was fixed except the strut. So now I’ve paid for an independent inspection that should have been done to begin with. I called twice and have left a message and it has not been returned. I will definitely not do business here again.

Shanon was great. He constantly communicated with me about progress,issues and delays related to getting parts etc. There was some delays related to getting parts to fix my truck, but nothing was hidden from me everything was transparent.Shannon worked with his team to solve the problem without sacrificing quality of the replacement parts. Top notch customer service and very accommodating I was very satisfied and impressed with the process.
