I’ve been to this location twice in the 3 1/2 years I’ve lived in SB. I usually use the Pharmacy on Turnpike… it’s right around the corner from my apartment. The first time was last week when I was trying to locate a controlled drug. The pharmacist was so understanding of my frustrations and immediately explained the situation of privacy and safety for his staff and the CVS customers. I was really impressed when I went in to the store to find that Pharmacist Thomas is a young man. He’s very professional and clear. Patient and nice. We need duplicates of Thomas in all the stores. Lastly, I got there today and Thomas was asking an older gentleman if he had any questions about his medication. The man said, Oh no, I’ve been taking this one for over 50 years. Thomas said, Well, is there anything new you could teach me and my staff here about it? That’s quality integrity and Professionalism. 🙂
