I called in prior to my visit and the customer service was great to the least of my expectations after I had been having a nightmare ordeal with at&t… Lina the manager made me feel a bit more at ease and assured they would their best to work with our situation and make sure we were happy in transferring over to them – We visited the store the next day and were greeted promptly, courteous – I had asked for Lina specifically considering she was familiar with my circumstances and I didn’t want to repeat myself to much in dreading.. In long story short, I feel they are owed at least of a review – They were very detailed and clear in servicing our needs and understanding our needs as well as a customer.. They are very detail oriented and relaxed, I didn’t feel rushed or pressured as just another number in sales.. They treated us as they want to be treated. The vibe is comforting and sociable.
