The service at this store surpassed all my expectations. Marlene helped me when I was struggling with a broken phone, frantically trying to find a solution. She went above and beyond in making sure that not only could I receive a new phone, but also that I paid the best price possible. She is a hard worker and truly deserves either a raise or a promotion. I saw her seamlessly switch between helping me and then providing assistance to other customers when it was needed. She truly is a gem and was so easy to talk to. She honestly turned a hectic day into one of the best experiences of an already crazy year. 10/10 across the board.
