This is definitely a hidden gem for out of towners. I am at the point where I am tired of purchasing lavish gowns and never wearing them again. I purchased a gown and did practically a free home try on and loved the dress. Also, Candace is amazing! She will make sure you get what you want <3

Not quite sure where to begin…customer service was exceptional. Each time I called, there was a more than helpful & patient individual at the other end of the line willing to answer all of my questions and walk me through whatever issue I had. Was able to keep my dress until the date of the event with no issues. The dress was absolutely amazing- even more beautiful in person! This was a last minute decision for me as original dress I ordered was a bust so had to get it right the second time around. Wish I had known about this initially, would’ve saved me much time and energy. If you’re thinking about borrowing a dress from this site, think no more! This is the way to go. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again Charlottes closet for making this experience a great one!

This place is not really a dress shop it has more dress rentals. If you are looking for a store go to a place like Estelle’s or Camille‘s on the island.
