I wish i can give 0 star. Came for refill 3weeks ago, guy said they will text today or tomorrow, i asked him twice that will they text me because they never did, so i wanna make sure, but never hear anything back. Went to store after 18days, they said they don’t have my order in system. I can reorder and get text today or tomorrow after its ready. This happened everytime i need to refill my prescription. I have to wait 2-3 weeks everytime without my medicine. I switched my prescription from this pharmacy. Not going to use this pharmacy in future.

Store associated r friendly and helping, they will get 5stars but pharmacy is horrible. Everytime i go to pickup my prescriptions they said will text u whenever its ready but never hear anything back from them for couple days each time. Last time i waited for 4-5 days but no response. I picked up my medicine after a whole week. Yesterday, i dropped my husband’s prescription, they said it will be ready shortly and will text u. Waited till late evening but no response. Went there this morning, now the lady said it will take another 2 hours as they need to verify with dr.My husband is a truck driver. He comes back after 2 weeks. He was waiting to start rolling for his work since yesterday because he needs his prescription badly. But now he left without his medicine, even he needs it badly as he didn’t have more time to wait.Not going to use this pharmacy again.
