This AT&T is located in the Fresh Meadows, the staff service is very poor.

This place is the worst. Store employee kept trying to have us start a new plan instead of upgrading phone on existing plan and said discount only applied to new plans only. He must get a commission for activating new customers because when we said we didn’t want a new plan with a new phone number, he told us the iphone 12s were suddenly not in stock. So we left. Thought it was suspicious, so Called an hour later to ask if they had both iphone 12 models we asked about in store and a different employee said yes they had a few left of both models. Pretty pathetic. Went to the the apple store instead and got the discount on the existing plan and just upgraded and kept the same number. Total waste of time
