We tried step by step instructions yet my rearview mirror refused to stay on my windshield. No navigation either when disconnected. The wonderfully awesome people at touch of glass fixed my issue in a matter of like 10 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. Thank you guys so much for helping me.
