Had my dog groomed here and was so so disappointed. $87 and my dog had the worstGrooming ever. I did the express wash and they claim they washed….trimmed nails….brushed his teeth and they didn’t…I know.Just disappointed that we get out of Covid and trust companies to hire people that actually care about clients and continuous on going business but they didn’t with my dog. When I said I know….it’s because the groomer that groomed my dog was not the person that gave me my dog when I came to pick him up.Anyway just writing this review because I feel people should let others know about their experiences so others don’t have to experience the same negative experience as they did. Life is too short to let people take advantage of you and they did. I won’t ever go even if they gave me a month of free grooming. My dog has to look like he does for several months until he looks halfway descent. Why would I do that again.

Good thing I wasn’t trying to adopt a pet. I couldnt get help to save my life. There were 4 or 5 people in the store. The one lady on the register was busting her hinny. Then a second person came out to do the register. But here I stand still waiting for assistance. Nope didn’t have any other place to be!!

Bought pet fish for the second time and employees are very helpful and accommodating. I get to choose the fish and they bag the fish with enough oxygen so we could travel home and let them wait in the aquarium for another half hour or so so they can acclimatize and won’t die of shock. Will definitely come back for my pet supplies.
