I brought a 2 pair of Birkenstocks in there to get a new footbed which I’ve done meny of times on four different pairs of Birkenstocks. The only shoe I’ve Put on my feet since 1991 in high school. He came up with so much use while he could not do it . He obviously does not know what he’s doing or is nervous about it I would not take any of my higher and shoes to him at all. Besides having a horrible attitude I just sort of didn’t even need my business I guess or anybody’s business
