THIS UPS STORE IS UNDER NEW OWNERS AND THE DIFFERENCE IS INCREDIBLE. While the previous owner and employees were certainly efficient, the new owner and staff are friendly, cheerful, articulate, informed, and super-efficient. They even commiserated with me over the cost of shipping three enormous and weird-sized packages–AND helped me get them out of the car into the store. While I was there, I witnessed all employees multi-task beautifully, handling a number of atypical requests and questions.The difference in the atmosphere of the store is stunning.

I have needed to use this UPS STORE many times going through the purchase of a home(ours burned to the ground in the October wildfires-we are still in our RV due to dogs) without many of the amenities we took for granted in our home making the application process JUST horrible! BUT LILY at this Sonoma UPS STORE & everyone else too have gone over & above.. I am disabled & they DO everything to accommodate me!!!!! So thanks a billion Lily & ALL your CO-workers for making a horrible job so much easier! Yippee!!!
