I spoke to a staff memo on the phone prior to going in (Ron K.). Incredibly knowledgable, polite and informative. I went in with my wife and spoke to Ron. We needed up walking away with a new LG, perfect for our needs as our last TV up and died after only two years. I would highly recommend Ron. He was able to shave $50 off of BestBuy’s prices and gave us a 5 year warranty to negate issues we recently dealt with on our Samsung.
