One of the worst and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at a store, workers looked grumpy and unprofessional. The reason why I had went to this store was for returns, a person came up to me which I’m assuming is the manager. Asked me for the reason of the returns, I stated my reason. Than he accused me of being a reseller, which is A unprofessional, and B none of your business. The reason why I was even returning the items was because I had gotten them for my cousins who had just came here, they did not like the product because it was too colorful and not their style. At the time I did not say anything except apologize, and he said it was because they lose money on returns. Now looking back as a manager that is very unprofessional because once again A you accused a customer of something and tried to press them, B you now lost said customer because you gave them such a bad experience. Hopefully the manager can learn from this, and or the store undergo new management. I am definitely going to let corporate know about this.
