I had a very positive experience at the Indio store. I went in a little stressed my washing machine gave out. The staff was very compassionate and helpful. The application process was done quickly. I wanted to put my experience down with this particular location. I am honestly surprised with the other reviews that I am reading that are negative. My family signed a contract to pay on a certain day, which is obviously customary. However, unfortunately for us we were not able to fulfill our payment on time. Marlon went over and beyond to work with us to make sure we were able to keep a refrigerator in our home for our kids. He was professional and kind. We are all extremely grateful. Thank you again!
